This is the revised version of the DEFINED INTEGRATION Model first published in 2016. It showcases in a simplified fashion the components that need to work together to make orchestrated change both possible and happen.
It is worthwhile to mention that the model is counter-intuitive at first glance. This is one of the reasons why any organisation requires help by a professional sociologist when tailoring and implementing an advanced model like this.
Whilst the above is merely a sketch of a concept developed over multiple years, the model will be underpinned over time by a set of components.
The meaning of the Model will become clearer when it is tied in with the philosophy behind DEFINED INTEGRATION.
Based on more than 25 years of enabling organisations and individuals to change for the right reasons, DEFINED INTEGRATION is uncovering better ways of leading transformations by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:
That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.
Taking inspiration from the Agile Manifesto, this set of defining rules may not be self-explanatory and will be supported by a set of principles.
